Infusion care services is the administration of intravenous (IV) medication, such as antibiotics or chemotherapy. Our infusion care center is designed for the comfort of our patients and is focused on how to best support patients without interrupting daily life. Iredell's dedicated Infusion Care team is dedicated to their patients for continuity of care, cost effectiveness, flexibility and time-saving in treatment.

Location - your comfort and convenience are priority
Infusion Care Services is located in the Outpatient Services building, 739 Hartness Road, Statesville (behind the hospital), and parking is conveniently located next to the building. We offer flexible appointment times and streamlined processes to assure we fit into your schedule. Our facility includes a spacious outpatient treatment area with recliners for your comfort and convenience. A refreshment center is also located in the treatment area stocked with items for a light breakfast, lunch or snack.
Our Staff
Our RN staff is chemotherapy certified through North Carolina Baptist Hospital and oncology certified through the National Oncology Nursing Society. We want to make you particularly aware of the educational resources available to you. You may stop in any time to browse our patient information library. Materials are available to you at no charge.
Accreditation
The American College of Surgeons and the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Hospital Organizations have certified our cancer program. The adoption of the high standards set forth by these entities reflects our commitment to quality care for you and your family. Overall, Iredell's Health System has been approved with Commendation as a Community Hospital Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer.
